YourMentor Programme for the Southwark PPO scheme
YourStory developed a specific mentoring programme to work alongside the Southwark Prolific and Persistent Offenders scheme. The full objectives of this programme are set out below.
We provide male and female mentors with experience of dealing with the most challenging client groups. We work with client groups of all ages and will match a mentor to a client according to the individual client’s needs.
YourMentoring Programme is currently being evaluated by Dr David Cowan (London South Bank University) and YourStory Programmes were recently featured in Community Care magazine for best and innovative practice (Aug 06).
